  • Determine your time availability.
  • Discuss your work and the habits that could be changed to assist your progress.
  • Start a food diary.

Based on training 4 times a week regularly for 4 weeks and using the free 7-day healthy eating plan along with a wide range of menus and recipes to ensure a balanced diet, ensuring great results.

4 sessions per week for one month: = £500

4 sessions per week for two months: = £900

What will happen during your first taster session?

Helen will spend your first session discussing your challenges and aspirations in order to develop a tailor-made fitness programme that is designed to fit in with your lifestyle and help you meet your goals.

The session will entail:

  • Discuss your work and the habits that could be changed to assist your progress

Workout in the privacy and comfort of your own home.

  1. Personalised exercises tailored to your individual goals and space available.  
  2. Equipment provided and any existing equipment already in your home can also be utilised.  
  3. Introductory offer 40% off for the first ten sign-ups.  
  4. Block booking and long term booking discounts available. 

All sessions are one-to-one and are held in Helen’s private home gym in Stratford Upon Avon, or at the client's house*. Helen’s gym offers a comprehensive range of cardio and strength equipment in a private, positive and encouraging environment.
