1-1 or 1-2 dance based workouts outside under roof, fresh air without risk of getting soaked.  Fun varied choreographed dance moves, mixed in with weights, skipping, hoola hooping, trampette bounce, and core work, all set to music of your choice.  Working the whole body in gentle to harder level according to personal needs/goals.  Tone, energise, feel fabulous.   FREE for first week, block bookings available.
